Mirik Gogri Spoke at CLIMAFIX’25 on Translating Research into Impact

ITRI attended CLIMAFIX 2025 on September 11–12, 2025, at IIT Madras Research Park. .Mr. Mirik Gogri from ITRI spoke at the summit, sharing his perspectives on the platform requirements for translating academic research into high-impact implementations. The discussions highlighted the importance of patient capital, with philanthropic and development funding playing a critical role in bridging TRL 4–7; information and industry, emphasizing the need to address information gaps, showcase existing research, and leverage alumni and industry networks; and people and mindset, focusing on supporting entrepreneurial scientists, investing in talent, and embracing fast iteration and learning from failure. This event provided ITRI with an opportunity for meaningful engagement with researchers, innovators, and industry leaders.
